The pendant is the artist's rendition of the stages she went through as a cancer survivor.
The piece was designed by jewelry designer and two time breast cancer survivor Elisa Guida, as a feel good
piece for cancer survivors. The artist Elisa Guida sculpted this piece, symbolizing the tears, the hope and the love, stages experienced by most cancer survivors.
Each piece is also signed by the artist and comes with a card explaining the design of the heart and includes the poem.
